It could walk but had to tail feathers,
the tail area had dried blood.
After awhile of resting we tried to get the bird to fly by setting on the sidewalk but he/she just hopped around.

Me holding him/her....It was wiggling so much and was trying to eat my fingers.

She said that he was hungry ( My fingers could tell.) ;)
She also said it is good that he is so active.
